The organization is exclusively for, charitable, religious,
and scientific purposes within the meaning of section 501 (c) (3) of the United
States Internal Revenue Code of 1986 or any corresponding section of any Future
Internal Revenue Law.
To advocate primarily for economically and socially
disadvantaged African American Women but all women will be served base on need.
Spiritual concepts will be explored and used as
motivational, positive, behavior stimuli to promote spiritual revitalization of
women who have been broken during some phase of their life’s journey.
Career guidance will be provided with emphasis upon academic
achievement and upward mobility.
The Corporation shall serve as a link to community services
when the need arises.
